1. Payment Method

We accept payments exclusively through UPI (Unified Payments Interface) using a QR Code or UPI ID provided on our platform. No other payment methods (like credit/debit cards or net banking) are currently supported.

2. Nature of Product

Your payment is for a digital informational guide PDF that explains the step-by-step process to apply for a Udyam registration certificate using the official government portal.
We do not issue official Udyam certificates or process applications on your behalf.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a form to enter your details.

  • After submitting your information, the PDF guide will be made available for instant download or sent via email within [1–24 hours].

  • If you do not receive the guide within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction ID and details.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

All payments are considered final and non-refundable, unless:

  • Duplicate payments were made by mistake

  • A valid technical error occurred, and the guide was not delivered despite confirmed payment

5. Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your access to our service and block future transactions.
