We provide a digital Udyam Registration Guidance PDF to help users understand the correct process on the official government portal. This document explains how refunds are handled for this digital informational product.

1. Digital Product Policy

The Udyam Guidance PDF is a non-returnable digital product. Once delivered, the order becomes final and non-refundable unless it meets the conditions under our satisfaction or duplicate payment policies.

2. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you expected an official Udyam Certificate (we do not issue certificates).
  • If the payment was made without reading our service description or disclaimer.
  • If you entered an incorrect or unreachable email, resulting in non-delivery.
  • If you claim non-delivery but the PDF arrived in spam/promotions/junk folders.
  • If you did not read or follow the instructions inside the PDF guidance.
  • If you expected additional services beyond the provided digital guidance.

3. Customer Satisfaction Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the digital guidance provided, you may request a partial refund through our official refund process.

Refund Calculation (Customer Not Satisfied):

  • Total Paid: ₹345.00
  • 25% Processing & Service Charge: – ₹86.25
  • Refundable Amount: ₹258.75

The 25% deduction covers payment gateway fees, operational expenses, and service processing. This partial refund applies only to dissatisfaction-based refund requests.

How to Raise a Refund Request:

Refund Processing Time: 5 to 7 working days

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the payment method selected in the refund form. If no method is selected, it will return to the original payment method.

4. Duplicate Payment Refund Policy

If a user makes a duplicate or accidental extra payment, a full refund will be issued after verification.

Duplicate Payment Refund Amount:

  • Total Paid: 100% Refund (No Deduction)

Duplicate payment refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Payment Gateway Errors

If the payment was deducted but you did not receive the PDF guidance, you must provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment date & time
  • The email used during payment

After verification, we will resend the PDF guidance to your correct email. Refunds are not issued if the PDF was successfully delivered.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

By using our service, you agree that:

  • All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law.
  • No legal action will be initiated outside Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
  • Issues must first be raised with our support team.
  • The courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
