This Cyber Crime and Dispute Policy outlines our approach to addressing fraudulent activity, misuse of our platform, and procedures for resolving payment or service-related disputes.


πŸ” 1. Cyber Crime Awareness

We take your data and financial safety seriously. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting fake or stolen Aadhaar numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs

  • Using our platform to commit identity theft or impersonation

  • Attempting to hack, copy, or misuse our digital content or services

  • Using automation or bots to overload or exploit the website/app

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing our PDF guide without permission

Note: Any such activity will be reported to the Cyber Crime Cell of India at https://cybercrime.gov.in with your IP address, device info, and form submission logs.


βš–οΈ 2. Legal Reporting & Cooperation

In the event of:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior

  • Threats to our platform

  • Misuse of our UPI payment gateway or impersonation

We will:

  • Immediately block access to the user

  • Retain all logs, IPs, timestamps, and browser information

  • Report the matter to local cyber authorities and provide full evidence

We fully cooperate with Indian Cyber Crime authorities, law enforcement, and financial regulators.


πŸ’¬ 3. Dispute Resolution (Service or Payment Issues)

If you face issues related to our service or payment, we encourage you to contact us directly before taking any external legal or banking action.

Include: Full name, transaction ID, mobile number, and description of the issue.

Resolution Time:

  • Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours

  • Duplicate payments or delivery issues are typically resolved within 3 business days

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly, but we will not entertain:

  • Refund demands after the PDF has been delivered

  • Disputes based on misunderstanding our service (we don’t issue certificates)

  • Chargebacks without contacting us first


🚫 4. Abuse of Dispute System

Filing false complaints or attempting to exploit the UPI payment system or our support policy will result in:

  • Permanent ban from our platform

  • Legal notice under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IPC Sections 420 (cheating), 468 (forgery), and 66C/66D (cyber impersonation/fraud)
